10X Hub attended the amazing event at Ignite Fair organized by Volunteer Connect York Region. The turnout was fabulous. We met with many students and parents along with 20 other inspiring non-profit organizations.

10X Hub is a NPO that educates teenage students on technologies. During the workshop, the students instead to waste their time practicing on mockup projects, they will help the community to complete real projects. Youth Assisting Youth is a NPO that connects mentors to teens for mentorship. They have already paired up thousands and thousands of mentorship relations. They are looking for many more mentors as there is a long line up of teens waiting!
The Pink Stairs is a NPO founded by high school student Sunny Wu to drive female empowerment. They are running a program to deliver supportive letters to various women’s shelters in GTA. Looking for volunteers to write these letters.
Mind4Youth is a NPO cofounded by Aishwarya Tandon with a mission to promote awareness of mental health among teens. They are looking for volunteers and sponsors for the creation of care packages for teens.
York Region Educational Services is a NPO that runs STEAM and sports camps. They need a lot of volunteers as Teaching Assistant or Camp counsellor during the summer to help with the classes.
Universal Care is looking for volunteers to run programs like the Bingos games etc with the senior. They have two locations – one in Maple and one in Kleinburg.

Warden Optometry, Dr. Liang, Optometrist provides Neuron-Vision rehabilitation services which can help fix vision related problems like skipping lines when writing, fogginess, unable to focus, memory issues etc.
