10X Hub is a nonprofit where our mission is simple: learn tech, and do good.

This ebook  is one of our “do-good” projects, created to help high school students in Ontario meet their 40-hour community service requirement for graduation. We noticed that while some students struggle to find volunteer opportunities, many lesser-known nonprofits and charities—those without a strong online presence—struggle to attract volunteers. Meanwhile, organizations with high visibility often receive more volunteer interest than they can handle. One food bank even told us they had to turn volunteers away because they were at capacity.

That’s where 10X Hub stepped in. Our volunteers have worked hard to contact each organization individually to verify whether they currently accept volunteers. We’re proud to present a list of 100+ nonprofits and charities that welcome student volunteers.  The order of these organizations are prioritized on their response rate to our inquiries, or otherwise random.
