Terms and Conditions

All policies, terms and conditions are subject to change at the sole discretion of 10X Hub without prior notice.

1. Intellectual Property Ownership: By participating in the workshop, students acknowledge and agree that any materials, designs, or creations produced during or after the workshop, while utilizing 10X Hub’s resources or accounts, shall be considered the intellectual property of 10X Hub. This includes but is not limited to website designs, graphics, logos, and any other digital or physical creations.  C7 Innovation Lab is a program owned by 10X Hub.
2. Rights to Use: 10X Hub retains full rights to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, and display any materials created by students during or after the workshop, without limitation. This includes the right to sell, print, reprint, or otherwise utilize such materials for commercial or non-commercial purposes, as deemed appropriate by 10X Hub.
3. Grant of License: By participating in the workshop, students grant 10X Hub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute their creations in any form or medium, for the duration of the workshop and a reasonable period thereafter.
4. Student Recognition: While 10X Hub holds intellectual property rights to student creations, 10X Hub agrees to provide appropriate recognition to students for their contributions whenever feasible, such as crediting them as the creators of the work.
5. Referral Program: The referral is only valid once the workshop begins and the referee participation is confirmed. Payment will be paid after referral participation is confirmed. 10X Hub may modify or end the program at any time without notice. 10X Hub is not liable for any loss or damage from participation.
6. Refund Policy:  Refund policies vary based on the different programs. This policy is subject to change without notification.
7. Transfer of Credit: Credit transfers to another student are allowed solely at the full discretion of 10X Hub. This policy is subject to change without prior notice.
8. AI-Generated Imagery Disclosure: In some instances, 10X Hub utilizes AI-generated imagery for promotional and illustrative purposes. These images are intended to convey the spirit and theme of our programs and do not necessarily represent the actual physical environment, specific equipment, or previous sessions of the workshop or camp. These visuals do not serve as a guarantee of the experience provided, nor do they imply that 10X Hub has conducted this specific program in the past.
